Dr. Thomas is highly trained with this technique and places them in his office. 

We also use a technique that does not require any shots whatsoever and its does not hurt putting them in.   The most common reasons to use a TAD include enhancing orthodontic tooth movement, often eliminating bulky and uncomfortable appliances.    A video of placement of a TAD can be found at:
